Motion Showcase provides professional cinematography and videography services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, Motion Showcase retains the copyright to all footage and final deliverables. Clients receive a license to use the delivered content as outlined in their specific contract.

We may use completed projects in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless explicitly restricted by contract.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Typically, a deposit is required to secure booking, with the balance due upon delivery of final files.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery of final files and may incur additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by project type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Deposits are typically non-refundable once the project has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Motion Showcase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
